Return and Refund Policy

This policy governs the return of goods purchased from MB "Autologic" (hereinafter – the Seller). These rules are prepared in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer (a natural person), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement via email, phone, or mail:

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (except what is strictly necessary to inspect the nature and characteristics of the item).
  • The item must be undamaged, unused, and in a resaleable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
  • The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

3. Refund Process

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard costs of delivery, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. Please note that supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method will not be refunded.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied verifiable evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Non-returnable Goods (Exceptions)

In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods:

  • Custom-made goods: Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Perishable goods: Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Hygiene and health items: Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Mixed goods: Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Unsealed media: Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
  • Newspapers and magazines: The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
  • Digital content: The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

5. Business Customers (B2B)

The standard 14-day cooling-off period applies exclusively to consumers. It does not apply to legal entities (businesses). Returns for business customers are only accepted in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects or by a separate written agreement between the parties.

6. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In case of a dispute, you may use the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform to seek out-of-court settlements: http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
