Shipping Policy

MB "Autologic" (hereinafter – the Seller) aims to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of your orders. Below you will find information regarding shipping methods, timeframes, and conditions.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship within Lithuania and to all European Union (EU) member states. For shipping inquiries outside the EU, please contact us directly via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

The following shipping options are available:

  • Parcel Lockers: Available in Lithuania and the Baltic states for convenient self-pickup.
  • Courier Delivery: Direct delivery to your specified address.
  • Local Pickup: You can pick up your order at Ateities g. 1, Didsodės k., Rokiškio r., Lithuania (by prior appointment only).

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination country.

3. Delivery Times

  • Lithuania: Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • EU Countries: Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistics circumstances.

4. Inspection of Goods

4.1. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the package. If any damage is visible, it must be noted in the delivery confirmation or a damage report must be filed in the presence of the courier.

4.2. Once the Buyer signs for the package without remarks, the shipment is considered delivered in good condition and without external damages.

5. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays if the Buyer provided incorrect contact information (wrong address, phone number) or was unavailable at the time of delivery.
