Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the purchase and sale of goods in the MB "Autologic" online store.
1. Definitions
- Seller: MB "Autologic", company code 307660745, registered address: Ateities g. 1, Didsodės k., Rokiškio r., Lithuania.
- Buyer: 1) an adult natural person; 2) a minor aged 14-18 (with parental consent); 3) a legal entity.
- The Store: The online store operated by the Seller.
2. General Provisions
2.1. The Buyer confirms acceptance of the Terms by checking the box during checkout. They constitute a legally binding agreement.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The version of the Terms valid at the time of the order placement shall apply.
3. Formation of Contract
3.1. The contract is deemed concluded when the Buyer selects the goods, provides the necessary data, chooses a payment method, and clicks the "Order" button.
3.2. Each order is stored in the Seller's database for record-keeping purposes.
4. Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept delivery in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver quality goods and respect the Buyer's privacy, processing personal data only in compliance with legal requirements.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1. Prices are displayed in Euros, including VAT.
5.2. Payment can be made via bank transfer, electronic banking, or other methods specified in the Store.
6. Shipping and Returns
6.1. Delivery is carried out in accordance with MB "Autologic" Shipping Policy.
6.2. Returns and withdrawals are handled according to our Return Policy, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
7. Warranty for Goods
7.1. In accordance with EU and Lithuanian law, consumers are entitled to a statutory 2-year legal warranty for all new goods purchased in the Store.
7.2. If a purchased item is defective or not as described, the Buyer has the right to request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund, subject to the conditions set out in the applicable consumer protection laws.
7.3. The statutory warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or damage caused by improper use or maintenance of the goods by the Buyer.
8. Liability
8.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from the Buyer's failure to read these Terms.
8.2. In case of damage, the party at fault shall compensate the other for direct losses according to Lithuanian law.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. All disputes shall be settled through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. Consumers may submit claims to their local Consumer Protection Authority or via the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
